More Information...

Excuse the mess of the tables.... ^^;

It's time to learn about the about how to gain one of the 3 different Types of dragons that are available when adopting a Glenn Dragon. With the type and the color you then Name and gender it and your on your way of having you own perfect dragon friend!

Types

Air - Air dragons have large wings designed for lengthy flights and have developed long, stream-lined bodies. They enjoy mountain tops, cliffs, open castle towers, cloud cities, and open valleys. Air dragons blow gust of air from their mouths; these gust can manifest as fog, rain, hail, and simply heated gas. Some air dragons have been known to breath lightning!

Water - Water dragons become long and snake-like, developing fins, smaller wings, and webbed talons. They cannot fly, but they can swim and jump very well. They live in any type of water, including hot springs and whirlpools. These dragons tend to shoot water as a weapon, but can also breath ice and blue fire, depending on their surroundings

Fire - Fire dragons are the more legendary creatures of the bunch. They can fly, but not as well as their high-dwelling air cousins. They like warm, dark caves, volcanoes, fire and lava pits, and castle dungeons. They breath fire in many different colors, but never blue. Some have been known to breath hot coals or lava also.

Growth!

The stages and time that it takes for the Glenn Dragons to full grow, from the day you receive the egg to the time it reaches Adult. The information below tells you the physical and mental stages that the Glenn dragons go threw during their life and what to do as they grow, and how long it will take.

Growth Stages

Egg
This is what you will be given to start with. Almost all dragons are birthed from the Normal Egg (sample shown above). Your dragon will start its life as an egg, then grow accordingly. You will receive your egg as soon as your page has been approved the next day after the clutch closes. Once you receive your egg and have placed it in its home, it will hatch in about 1 to 2 weeks.

Hatchling
This is the dragon's second stage of life! After the egg hatches you will be given the hatchling stage. When your dragon hatches you will then find out what color your dragon has formed into, but the color will all depend on its surroundings that you have created for it when your dragon was in its egg stage; the Type of dragon is currently unknown to you at this point. If your Dragon forms into 1 of the 5 Common Colors, it will then have 3 poses that it can be viewed as. The poses are Walking, Sitting, & Laying (pictured above). If it is a Special or Ultra Rare (silver, gold, white, crystal, black, or the "mystery dragon") then it can only be viewed in 1 pose only and what pose varies with each color. After your dragon hatches, you will have to name your dragon and state its gender (May NOT change your dragon's name or gender after it grows into Dragonet Stage). In this point of your Hatchlings life, it cannot fly or use their breath weapons yet; they just spend most of their time sleeping & eating, like most infants at this stage. Your dragon will remain a hatchling for another 1 to 2 weeks.

Dragonet
Stage 3 is a dragonet. Like stated in the Hatchling stage, If your dragon is 1 of 5 Common Colors, it will then have 3 poses that it can be viewed as. The poses are Sleeping, Sitting, & Flower Sniffing . If it is a Special or Ultra Rare (silver, gold, white, crystal, black, or "mystery dragon") then it can only be viewed in 1 pose only and what pose varies with each color. At this point, your dragon still cannot fly or use a breath weapon and its Type is still unknown. It has bigger wings and is getting more active. Compare this stage to a pre-teen around the age of 10-13. It can run, play, talk, but it just can't fly or breathe anything yet. It is also very curious of its surrounding nest area and is always asking questions trying to learn. It will remain a dragonet for 1 to 2 weeks.

Adolescent
Stage 4, Adolescent (or teenage) dragons undergo a great change! At this point, your dragon will become either one of the 3 Types: fire, air, or water. This all depends on what habitat you chose to create for your dragon. Know that the "mystery dragon" may only come in one type. So please make your homes accordingly. Your dragon can now finally fly! (Can only fly IF it is a Air type or Fire type, fire can not fly as well as an air. Water can hardly fly. They can only Swim if they are a Water type or Fire type, Air can hardly swim.  Fire (do I really need to say this?) can not swim as well as a water. Water types are the best swimmers!) They also tend to get a bit moody, as all teenagers do and have been known to go off and explore beyond the boundaries of there nesting area. It is best to let them learn their homeland. Will "Thankfully" age in 1 to 2 weeks.

Adult
This is the final stage, stage 5! Adult Hood! Now that your Dragon is all grown up, your Dragon can now finally use their breath weapons and go forth to the Elder Dragons for training. You now can chose if you want to find a mate for him/her, if not you may keep updating your page, leveling your dragon, and so forth. There is a mates wanted page where you can look for other mates and or have your dragon listed as looking for one.
