Listed below are the current "Banned" People from the agency. If your name is listed below, do NOT fill out another form until your two clutch term is up, also do not fill out a form for Reflections, if you fail to follow these simple rules as well, we will move you to the Permanently banned list, then you can never adopt from either agency nor the refuge ever again, and that it final. A clutch Term is the number that is listed beside a person's name, that number is the number of the clutch that he can NOT apply from. Example= John Smith|8|9| John can not apply for those two clutches but when clutch number 10 comes around, his name will be removed and he can try apply again, hopefully learning that the rules are important and will be followed. If you are permanently banned, you can NEVER AGAIN apply for a Glenn Dragon at the Isle/Midsummer's/Reflections. Ruling and judgment is final.
